We will contact you to confirm your reservation and discuss any questions you may have about your trip. A postcard reconfirming your reservation will be sent to you in the mail. Cancellations received more than 24 hours prior to departure time will not be penalized. Any reservation not canceled 24 hours prior to trip departure will be charged 50% of the full trip cost for each individual canceling. Customers will have one opportunity to modify their reservations no later than 6:00pm the day before their trip. Any reservation canceled after being modified will be charged the full amount.
